Travel Corporate Quality Control
Travel Corporate’s Quality Control department is staffed 24 hours a day by dedicated ticketing and efficiency consultants. All reservations run through multi-point checks to ensure policy compliance, lowest fare savings accuracy, and corporate contract utilization. If any discrepancies are found, the reservation is sent back to the agent and the agent’s supervisor, with appropriate notes.
E-mailer processes our ticketing queue every 5 minutes to ensure all ticketed travelers receive their final Itinerary/Invoice with all their required information.
Seat checker ensures the proper seat preference has been confirmed, if not, seat checker will try to book the correct seat until the flight reverts to airport control.
Travel Corporate Repricer rechecks completed reservations daily until the day of departure to ensure the lowest possible fare for that itinerary has been secured. If an appropriate lower fare is found, your agent is alerted to reissue the ticket and provide a future credit to the traveler.
E-Ticket Tracker is an automated system that can track, identify and report on all unused e-tickets to be used as credits for future travel. Travel Corporate will send a reminder to all clients 24 hours prior to departure reminding them of a pending reservation. If a traveler forgets to cancel their ticket, E-Ticket Tracker will flag the itinerary as unused and drop the reservation into a Que for our agents to follow up on.
